From where do you ship my order?

We dispatch our shipments from Antwerp, Belgium, utilizing the GLS courier service to reach all European countries. If you wish to place an order from a location outside of the EU, kindly send us an email, and we will assess how we can accommodate your request.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders over € 100 within most European countries.


For orders below € 100, a shipping fee will be charged.

  • Belgium: €5.60
  • Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: € 6.50
  • France, Austria: € 10.00
  • United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland: €15.50.
  • Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Sweden: € 20.00
  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal: € 25.50

When will my order ship & when will it get delivered?

We aim to ship your online order between 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding holidays and weekends). This timeframe can be extended up to 7 days during new product launches, sales and holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In this email you will be able to find your estimated delivery date and tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking update.

What if my package is lost?

UAUA is not responsible for delays, misplaced or lost packages. Once the shipping courier picks up your package, it is then their responsibility to get the order to you. You are responsible to contact the shipping courier first, but we are happy to help if no results are reached.

What should I do if my package shows it was “undeliverable”?

There can be multiple different reasons why the shipping courier marked your package as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘returned to sender’ such as an incorrect address or the mailperson not having access to the residence. Once the issue has resolved, we would be more than happy to ship your order back at the same cost of your original shipping.

What should I do if my package shows it was “delivered”, but I can’t find it?

It is your responsibility as the recipient to track down your package when marked “delivered”. UAUA is not responsible for misplaced or lost packages. Typically, lost packages will show up within 2 weeks. If this is not the case, we would recommend contacting your local post office to resolve this problem.

Why do I have to pay customs?

It can be mandatory to pay customs for products ordered from another country. The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges associated with your country.
