What is your return policy on full price items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Please note that returns requested outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted. The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.
We recommend trying on all items immediately upon delivery of your order to ensure you can get in touch with us if you wish to return or exchange within the 14-day window.
We cannot accept returns after items have been worn. To receive a full refund (excluding original shipping), all products must be in unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged condition, free of stains, odors and with the original tags/labels and packaging intact. If the returned items are in an unfavorable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The items can be sent back to you at your cost.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. UAUA is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

All SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
How do I return an item?
Please email us within 14 days of confirmed delivery and provide your name, order number, and your reason for the return. The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. Returns requested outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Once UAUA has processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued (excluding original shipping).

When will I receive my refund?
It will take up to 2 weeks for our team to process each return and 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed and the refund is issued.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any online exchanges. If you need a different model, new size or color, you may return your items and place a new order online.
What if I received damaged, defective or incorrect items?
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to you. Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to with your invoice number and add picture & description of the damaged or incorrect item. We would be more than happy to replace the item for you.
