From where do you ship my order?
For European countries, we ship from Belgium with the shipping courier GLS.
When will my order ship & when will it get delivered?
We aim to ship your online order between 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding holidays and weekends). This timeframe can be extended up to 7 days during new product launches, sales and holidays.

Please note that this time frame is an estimate only. We process orders Monday – Friday. Orders placed during weekends and national holidays will be shipped the following business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In this email you will be able to find your estimated delivery date and tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking update.
Where is my confirmation e-mail?
An order confirmation email is automatically sent to your email address when an order is placed. If you believe you didn’t receive this confirmation email, please don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We ship out orders quickly, so an order cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully and make sure that everything is correct before you check out.
